The City of Flatwoods is the only City in Greenup County that has a public pool which is located at the end of Park Street.
The Flatwoods City pool has a total of three different pools: fenced baby pool (also, new shelter in baby pool for shade), 3-foot pool, and an Olympic pool with a diving well. In the spring of 2015, a newly built concession stand was opened - including new bathrooms and locker rooms. In addition to the pool there are tennis and basketball courts.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday - 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Note: (After August 9th the pool will be open only on weekends due to the availability of lifeguards)
Opening day - May 24, 2025 - Closing day - September 6, 2025

Daily Pass:
Adult - $7.00 - 18 yrs & up
Student - $5.00 - 5 yrs to 17 yrs
Children under 4yrs - $ 3.00 - Newborn to 4 yrs
Non-Swimmer- $ 2.00
Seasonal Passes:
1 Family Member - $ 165.00
2 Family Member - $ 185.00
3 Family Member - $ 205.00
4 Family Member - $ 225.00
Additional Members - $ 35.00
You must be of the same household or adding a babysitter.
Parties:
Available Monday - Saturday 7pm - 9pm
Sundays 6pm- 8pm
Please call the pool after May 26th to schedule a date and pay a deposit of $25.
Party prices -
0 - 25 ppl. $160 - Plus 1 Guard @ $ 40.00
25 - 50 ppl. $210 - Plus 2 Guards @ $ 80.00
50 - 75 ppl. $260 - Plus 3 Guards @ $120.00
You may pay extra for additional people. Numbers include people that are not swimming. Lifeguards are paid separate.
Depending on the age of the children the manager has the right to add a guard for safety.
